The Story

“The Fairy Pools sit at the base of the Black Cuillin mountains on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. The pools are formed by the crystal clear water of the River Brittle as it tumbles down the valley.

As was the case for much of our stay in Scotland, the weather was fantastically terrible! On this particular day, the sleet was blowing sideways so hard it actually hurt. All part of the mystery and fun of Scotland!”
