The Story

“This image was taken on Burch Mountain, high above the Columbia River near Wenatchee, WA. The steep hills are home to hundreds of bighorn sheep. This guy was hanging out with a group of rams grazing on the abundant grasses. He was a little cautious of me with my camera, but for the most part, was content to keep on eating.”
